一、Basic Overview 基础概述

KYN28A-12 is a 12kV indoor medium voltage armored removable central switchgear, the core incoming cabinet of 10kV power distribution room, responsible for receiving external municipal 10kV power supply, overall protection, measurement and power distribution switching of the whole high-voltage system. Adopt fully isolated metal partition structure, equipped with VS1 vacuum circuit breaker trolley, complete five-prevention interlock function, suitable for industrial plants, commercial complex, substation and other power supply occasions, widely used in overseas English-version power equipment websites.

二、Main Internal Equipment Composition 内部主要设备组成

1. VS1 Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker Trolley The core switching and protection device of the incoming cabinet, installed in the middle trolley compartment. Upper contact connects main busbar, lower contact connects incoming cable. It realizes manual/electric closing & opening, with overload, short-circuit instantaneous breaking function.

5. Main Bus Bar & Branch Copper Busbar TMY copper busbar with insulation sheath, connect incoming cabinet to PT cabinet, outgoing cabinet, realize power transmission to each cabinet.
6. Microcomputer Comprehensive Protection Relay Secondary core control unit, receive CT sampling signal, set over-current, quick-break, zero-sequence earth fault protection, send trip signal to vacuum breaker under fault condition.
7. Secondary Terminal Block, Control Buttons, Indicator Lights Mounted on front upper instrument room, realize local manual operation, status display, fault alarm.
8. Pressure Relief Channel & Arc-proof Partition Top pressure relief cover, independent metal partition for bus room, trolley room and cable room, prevent arc expansion during short-circuit fault.

5. Isolation & Arc Suppression Safety Protection Four-compartment fully isolated structure limits fault arc inside single compartment; top pressure relief device releases high temperature gas to prevent cabinet explosion.
6. Whole Cabinet Grounding Protection Cabinet shell, all metal partitions, CT, earthing switch reliably connect to station grounding grid, prevent electric shock accident caused cabinet leakage.
